Yes I have seen that,will see,but I don't really know Grasshopper,and I am not sure I want to invest time in it.
I would like something with an interface,sliders etc,like Skatter,which looks to be close to Itoo plugins,a tool that I could use easily,without having to understand every thing behind.

Rhinogrow is a great Rhinoceros alternative!

Skatter looks more user friendly though.

As mnewberg said, there are some Grasshopper solutions also. The one i used before Rhinogrow is a definition by LMN Architects Tech Studio, available here:

Rhinogrow I have,and I did use it a little bit.The other one works with Grasshopper,I had seen it,but never tried it.
