vrar y beta licensing problem?

I installed the 3.4 beta version but with the option of leaving the 2 version untouched. They are both 64 bits versions. I can see a user interface when i open rhino and when i push the render button it says command visproductionrenderer but nothing is happening.
I am running vray on a dongle and when i want to go to onlinelicensing it says ther is another instance running of the vrl service application.
What to do?

Solved. I uninstalled vray 2 and deactivated the dongle and now it works.
