Can I combine the render nodes of vray 3 to use?

eg: 5 nodes of sketchup + 5 nodes of rhino = 10 nodes of rhino or sketchup

Render node in V-Ray 3 for Rhino and V-Ray 3 for Sketchup are universal render nodes. So, yes, you will be able to use them for both.
