I apologize if this question has already been posted and commented on.
I'm working in Rhino5/Vray2.0
My question is: is it possible (and/or necessary) to change the file extension from a vismat file to a vrmat file? ex. 18kg.vismat is my current material - can I simply change the file extension to 18kg.vrmat and will it still be readable in Vray2.0?
Furthermore, will it cause a problem if there are both, vismat AND vrnat within the rendering?
I appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
