Can V-Ray Grasshopper render simulation of Kangaroo etc as animation?

If that is possible, Can I get a sample Grasshopper document?

      Dir Gijs. Thank you info.

      still have to use GRay?

I want to know how to use the official V-RayGrasshopper component.

I look forward to ChaosGroup's comments.

The dev team is currently doing a complete redesign of V-Ray for Grasshopper. GS Animation is on our roadmap, and so is some form of support for Kangaroo, although I cannot advise whether both will make it in the official v3.6 release or the update which follows.

        Kind regards,

          Thank you.
The integration with grasshopper is a strong weapon of V-Ray.
Many customers have inquiries about grasshopper integration. (in Japan)

          expecting development!

              Hey Kostenurka,

Thanks for the link - looks great. How have you been using it? What has it been helpful for, what can you Imagine using it for? I'd love to get some tips on Centipede. Cheers,

Without centipede you can animate only 1 slider, say animating 1 parameter only. Centipede collects all your sliders and control them globally. Thanks to this for instance now you can rotate and scale and move and much more things do at the same time.

                Off topic probably..
Why I can't find the animation tab on vray3 ? How can I control :
                - Don?t render final image
                - Enable batch render

                thanks!

Animation is not yet supported in V-Ray 3.4 for Rhino. It will be introduced in the upcoming v3.6.

                  Kind regards,

Peter, slightly off topic but still about animation. Will we be able to do 360 turntables without re-exporting geometry every frame in the 3.6 update?

All frames will be recorded in a single vrscene file. This would also enable the rendering of motion blur.

                          Kind regards,
