Render Output Size Ignored

Wondering if someone can help. It seems no matter what I do, my output size field is ignored, and vray just renders whatever my viewport is. I've not got the aspect ratio or anything i can see set to match viewport, and can't find any other parameters to change...

What is the full version number of V-Ray for Rhino (V-Ray > Help > About)? Are you using custom .vropt file?
Does this occur with specific project or any (even newly created ones)?
Could you please provide screenshots illustrating both the render output and the V-Ray render settings?

Hi, Sorry for the very late reply. I found that it is an issue with using the rhino viewport set to vray interactive. if you are using this then output size is ignored when rendering to the VFB. you have to switch to wireframe or some other mode in the vieport before rendering to the VFB for vray to use the correct output size.
