Wish: Pause button during rendering

often I need to render large images and I miss a pause button, so that I can bring down CPU/GPU usage and noise. Could it be added please?

Implementing resumable rendering in V-Ray for Rhino is currently being reprioritized.
It is likely to have it included in the next major update.
