Many of the features available to the Scatter tool in other programs

Many features available in other programs, are missing from the V-Ray Rhino Scatter implementation. For example,
- Spline Scattering (tree lines, lampposts)
- UV Orientation (great for scattering cars on roads or creating brick walls)
- Slope Limitation
- Preview Mode full mesh (right now its hard to judge the outcome not being able to see anything other than the objects bounding box)

We are planning on implementing most of the Scatter features available in 3ds max in V-Ray for Rhino in one of the next major updates. We will let you know if there is any progress on this matter.
