I am working on a complex interior with many blocks and it was difficult to get the tri planar mappings to work properly because it uses the units of the blocks instead of the scene.
First you have to know that you can choose between world and object and then all tri planar textures have to be switched to world as well.
Please program the plugin so that “world space” is activated by default and all objects in a scene display the same mapping as shown in the Rhino viewport. That is the great advantage of Tri planar, that it usually looks good automatically.
If you need a mapping in object space, you know what you have to do. But it is confusing when individual blocks show a strange mapping after the render button has been pressed.
