  • grey out rollout options

Please grey out options like caustics, GI options etc, when they are off.

I already fooled myself a couple of times trying to figure out why it was not making the GI passes. Maybe this is because it is like that in 3dsmax. But I think it is more user friendly to grey options out when they are irrelevant.

The same goes for the lightcache filter:

when using nearest, the filtersize should be greyed out, when using fixed, interpolation samples should be greyed out. I think though that there is enough room for none, fixed and nearest with radio buttons. pulldown menus are not as accessible.
You can contact StudioGijs for 3D visualization and 3D modeling related services and on-site training.

    grey out rollout options

by the final release this will be fully implemented. I realize that it can fool and confuse you. Our current focus is getting all the features in and then working on the details such as that. I apologize for any irritation/frustration this may cause you and we will work to get that worked out as soon as we can. Thanks

Joeb - can you plz post smth like
      1) 22-th November -=- done flip function for rectangle lights, still working on glossy
      2) 25-th .....

Smth like blog. I think it's really user friendly and nice I think there's no need to post older mmm days. Just starting from today!

This can help us avoid posting bugz, that already been fixed or whatever! And it's nice
I just can't seem to trust myself
So what chance does that leave, for anyone else?

sure, I think a developer blog is a good idea. I'll talk with Corey and see what the best way to do that is.

I'll post an announcment somewhere to let you guys know where you can find more info.
