Floating License

I work in an Architectural studio with about 20 people. We have 3 licenses for Rhino running on the Zoo server.

We have one license of VRay. We spend most of our time designing and not rendering. It would make Vray much more accessible to all of us (and make it more popular thus increasing the likelyhood of buying more copies) if the license was a floating license and we did not have to uninstall and reinstall to make Vray work on a different machine.

i have 2 licenses and i never managed to unbind one of them from a computer when i uninstall vray, i don`t know why but it is very annoying... i really hope a floating license will fix this.

by the way: is there already some info which functions will be implemented in the SR?
maybe better DR support? or toon shading? or maybe matte objekts? :P

allot of DR stuff has been worked out for the SR...much fewer issues

I have been waiting for a year and a half now for the floating licensee and unfortunately they keep pushing it back

It will be in the new service release, which shouldn't be too far off. We've been working with Vlado to get everything right, so it will be there.
