    Could you please help?
    Thank you!

      Hello,
The texture files which could not be loaded reside in various users' temp locations. Make sure your current user has permissions to read files these files before submitting the render job.
For further assistance, please email us at support@chaosgroup.com

      Kind regards,

        Hello!

I have the same problem fprpic has... Peter.Chaushev - what do you mean by "your current user has permissions to read files "? Can you put some light on it?

Second thing - can you give away some details on expected pricing for this cloud solution? It seems to be a cure for NO-RADEON GPU rendering (for Macs).

        Regards,
        Marlena

Diffuse textures files for most materials are embedded within the SketchUp project file. When you open the file, SketchUp exports all embedded image files to a temporary location on your hard drive for the duration of the session. In the screenshot fprpic shared back in August, some of the files reside in temp locations of other users.
Keep in mind, despite these errors, the rendered image should be ok. If this is not the case, please let us know by emailing at support@chaosgroup.com

Regarding V-Ray Cloud pricing details, I'm afraid I don't have anything to share yet. The moment there is info on that, my colleagues will make an official announcement.

          Kind regards,
          Peter

After the las update, I am asked to login everytime I start a cloud rendering. After uploading, if I press on "View job", i get an "LOGIN FAILED" error message.

                Hey Isarescu,

I'm sorry for not being able to log in. Does the issue still persist? On our end we can't reproduce it.

If you still can't login, can you please share with me the email or the username you are using to log in (e.g. in a private message)?

                Thanks,
                Vladi

I made a video to better show the problem(s). At 0:08 you can see a bug: the black line appearing over the menu. Then a crash. Then the actual problem.

                    Hi Isarescu,

Thanks for the video. Yesterday we identified the problem with the login failure and today it will be fixed. As for the "black line" and the "crash" bugs, I will talk with the colleagues from the V-Ray for SketchUp team whether they can help.

Thanks again and I'm sorry for the issues.

Does the crash occur with that project only or any? Are you able to reproduce it consistently?

Are you using any other 3rd party plugins? If you disable them, does the crash still occur?

Additionally, could you please provide the full specifications of the computer and the full version of the GPU drivers?

Any project. No, it does not appear regularly.

Yes. A lot of them. It`s hard to try since the crash does not happen everytime.

Additionally, could you please provide the full specifications of the computer and the full version of the GPU drivers?
                        I attached the system specs.

                          Thank you for the feedback!

Could you please make sure you are using the latest V-Ray Cloud client (0.16.0) and the latest V-Ray for SketchUp (3.60.03)?

If you manage to reproduce the crash, please provide a step-by-step description in respect to any changes made to the scene or render settings.

Additionally, please update to the latest GPU drivers. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx

Is it possible to perform a batch render on the cloud. If so, how. If I click cloud render it just renders that scene, if I cancel that and then click batch render while the cloud icon is still visible in the asset editor, it only renders the scenes locally.

Currently batch rendering is not supported, however, you could render all scenes as animation with 0 transition and 0 delay
