  • Is there a way to get Batch Render's error report or Log?

There is a report from my customer that Batch Render is not completed. (Customer is Mac User)
Sometimes it works well, it's random.

However, I will not reproduce it.
Is there a way to get Batch Render's error report or Log?

    User environment:
    macOS Sierra (10.12.6), SketchUp 2017 Japanese, V-Ray SketchUp 3.60.03

    OakCorp Japan - Yuji Yamauchi

    Hello,

Does the rendering process get stuck at a certain scene and won't finish or fails to render or renders successfully some scenes and then just stops, thus halting the whole sequence?
You can ask your customer to open the V-Ray Progress window (button is at the bottom-right corner of the VFB) prior to Batch Rendering and once the issue is reproduced, copy the whole progress log to a text file. If you need assistance with the issue, please send the text file over for examination at support@chaosgroup.com together with a short description of the issue. My colleagues will then be able to help you out.

    Kind regards,
    Peter

Oh, by the way, there was a V-Ray Progress window!
(A little hard to find a place to open button.)

      Thanks for the advice.
I will check it and report it if I find a problem.
