I moved the camera and restarted the computer but it keeps showing it.......

Hi,

First of all I would like to ask what OS and what V-Ray version are you using?
The situation shown on your screenshot is a problem that usually occurs during distributed rendering. Have you used V-Ray Swarm? If this is the case and you manage to reproduce the issue ever again could you please render once more but this time with DR Buckets Rendering Element added - it will allow you to see exactly which machine is producing the empty buckets. When you have that information you can simply go the %Temp% folder of this workstation and find the latest vray-swarm log file. You can send this file to our support team via email at support@chaosgroup.com or a file-sharing service of your choice, however you could also share the whole scene for further investigation.
