CUDA not detected when rendering production but ok with interactive?

Does it make sense that the interactive mode works well on GPU but the production mode shows this ?

it is happening just in this scene.... other scenes vray works as usual

Additionally, please advise what is the full version number of V-Ray and the full version number of the GPU drivers

I have gtx 960, 4 gb gpu, and i get cuda error every time.. It happens while using gpu with blender cycles render too.. So i thought my gpu is not good enougf and left using gpu..

2 things to add up. GPU works from another scene(other room) and when I copied everything into a new sketchup file it worked well......the same view-scene....
