  • Problem with Vray UI

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the UI (see photo) while interactive rendering. I'm using SU 2019 and the latetst update Vray Next 2 (18 februari).
    I hoped it helped, by updating Vray, but it didn't, so if someone good help, I would be glad!

    Graphic card is Nvidia Titan RTX with AMD Ryzen 3950 mobo.

    Could you please make sure that the GPUs are using the latest drivers?

    Additionally, you could use nVidia Control Panel to configure the V-Ray NeUI to be processed by the GPU.
    1. Open NVIDIA Control Panel and go to Manage 3D settings
    2. In the Program Settings tab look for V-Ray neui application and if it is not there use the Add button

    Please confirm if this resolves the issue!

        Yes, vrayneui.exe is located there

          So far, so good. I changed the settings to using the RTX card!
          Btw latest drivers are installed.

            Sorry, did not help. Even when I'm not rendering, this happens (see photo)

            Where to check this ( V-Ray NeUI to be processed by the GPU) in all the options?

                Sorry for the late responding.
                I did reset the settings of 3d control for Sketchup and this helped so far.
