Hello with rendering, I only get monochrome
picture and message:
Lightmap failed to load. Filling arrays with default data

Can you provide some further details so we can better troubleshoot this? The warning is related to Light Cache, but can you tell us when does it happen? Are you rendering with CPU or GPU? Also, can we get a screengrab just to confirm the exact V-Ray/SketchUp versions used? Go to Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About and you will be able to take a screenshot of the information window.

We'd appreciate it if you could let us know more details about the hardware setup - CPU/GPU used and driver versions. You can also send us the project directly to support@chaosgroup.com for further investigation by using the Pack Project tool located in Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project.
