Thanks for the provided screenshot. Can you try updating you GPU drivers to the latest recommended ones and see if this will resolve it?
Can you also mention the system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU and driver versions), along with V-Ray/SketchUp versions? You can find them in Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About.
