  • Vray Asset Editor not scaling properly on second screen

Peter.Chaushev Thought I'd type out what I encountered earlier.

Sketchup is positioned on 4k monitor. Vray Asset Editor positioned on monitor 2. Asset editor cannot be resized to fit within the smaller screens as there is a minimum window height that is too tall, but only on the smaller resolutions.
The lower portion of the asset editor extends well past the bottom of the screen and is cut off and inaccessible, including right click menu going below screen. If I place the asset editor on the 4k monitor, it functions properly and I can resize it to a very small window, no issues there.

    Triple monitor setup.
    Monitor 1 - 3840 x 2160 @ 200% scaling
    2 - 1920 x 1080 @ 100% scaling
    3 - 1920 x 1080 @ 100% scaling

    Windows 10 20H2
    Nvidia Quadro P2200
    Intel i9-9900

    Hotfixed

    Hi kyle_henderson

Thank you for the feedback! Kindly note that we are aware of the issue and our dev team will be looking into implementing a solution for this.

The issue occurs because the V-Ray Asset Editor is a child of the SketchUp window and when SketchUp is open on a window with a specific scale, opening the Asset Editor on another monitor (always opens on the primary monitor) does not respond to the different scale.
This has been brought up HERE as well.

As soon as there is an update on the issue, I will post back here!
