Сopying materials from one file to another

Hello! I have noticed such a problem. I transferred material from one Sketchup file to another, by copying the plane on which the material was, than, in new file, I rename this material and see such a thing - Vray Mtl disapeared, and instead of it, an unknown icon appeared with a link to other materials, what was it?

This seems to be occurring with a specific material. Could you please share a sample file with the material present in its original structure?

It's most probably the material itself causing this.
Georgi is right - we'll need a scene with the original material or a .vrmat to debug this.
