hello, i had been using vray free trials and they worked just fine, I recently purchased the vray education package. the material library is installed and I can see if if I click on it on the app finder, however, when I try to use any material on rhino the folders show empty.
before the way I accessed materials was, for example
library-materials- and the list will show up
now
library- materials-maps- and then "no object matches your search" and I cant use any material, I already uninstalled and installed both rhino and vray but it still not appearing, what should I do?
