Render restarting in progressive after save

This seems to be a recurring bug since Vray 3.xx saw the day of light. Whenever you're rendering in progressive it restarts the render after you (auto)save the SketchUp model. (I'm not talking about interactive, but progressive brute force.)

This same problem also occured with previous versions and has always been fixed in the first hotfix, only for it to come back a few versions later
