About Vision window not link to sketchup

Hi there, I have just install v-ray 5 build 5.10.02 everything work well just I don’t understand why my vision window didn’t live link to sketch up and it show only black screen when vision is launched. Is there any problem when I install or it requires other party software to support vision window ?

If the issue persists after you restart SketchUp, then there might be something specific to your system causing it.
Can you give us information about the hardware and software specifications of your computer (please include the operating system that you're on and its version)?

Here my laptop operating system that I use
CPU Intel Core i7-7700HQ
GPU NVDIA GeForce GTX 1070
GPU Driver Version 26.21.14.4587 (NVDIA 445.87) / Win10 64
(Ram) 32GB
System type 64-bit
Sketchup 2021 Vray 5.10.02
Everything else work fine just only Vision that pop up window with black screen only and it didn't connect to live link with sketchup

It works, it's just too slow sometimes this happen to me, i have to wait just a little of bit, i use 2 2080 ti and sometimes i have to wait 5 minutes, but for me it works, give more minutes for visión to work

I see I have try to wait since I open sketchup and Vray vision yes it loading with black screen what it load only fps up and down there on the top right corner there.

You system is fully capable of running Vision and there must be something else causing issues.
It would be great if you can share your Vision log files.
They are located here:

%APPDATA%\Chaos Group\V-Ray for SketchUp\vision\

The file names are:

Player.log
Player-prev.log
