Computer gets stuck after clicking a scene tab in SketchUp when in interactive mode

Hi All,

when i am in interactive mode and click a scene tab i created in SketchUp, my computer gets stuck and i have to force SketchUp to quit and restart it again.
Anybody has any idea why ? In interactive mode i use the GPU only.
I have a RTX3080super GPU and Intel Core i7 10700K - Processor 3.8 GHz (5,1
GHz) - 8-cores - 16 threads - 16 MB.

Hi koen_verzellenberg,

Can you let us know if this is happening with a particular project, or in each one (even with an empty/simple scene)?

Moreover, have you tried disabling Displacement/Fur and setting a Material Override? What if you revert the render settings to their defaults, does the issue persist?

If it is project-specific, best would be to forward us the SketchUp file with all the assets (use the Pack Project tool from Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project) so we can investigate further. You can send it via our contact form, just make sure to mention my name in the email, thanks! Any additional screenshots/recordings demonstrating the issue would be of great help.

Hi Nikoletta, it is only happening in this project. In a new one it works fine when i click the scene button. I also did reset the rendersettings and i still get SU getting stuck after clicking the scene tab.
Didnt do anything with material override or disabling/Fur (dont know where tro find it) When i pack the project it becomes 850 mb , any other way to send it because the max is 400mb ... Let me hear, Koen

I even get bug splashes now when i change a material when being in interactive mode ...
