Strange lines appearing on flat surface

Getting some very strange lines on what should be a flat wall.

Absolutely clueless as to what it could be, never mind how to stop it, if anyone has any bright ideas they would be much appreciated!

Seems to be happening the same with either a standard Sketchup colour or a VRay wall paint, and the higher quality and resolution the worse it seems to get.

Classic case of the internal lights being in the same plane as the ceiling, moved down 1 mm and all is good again!

Must've repositioned them at some point...
