error pop-up

Hello,

Lately I am experiencing some difficulties when using vray. I am now getting a pop-up screen when starting a sketchup file (a project I want to render).
Is anyone familiair with these loading errors and is there a solution?

Hi robin_back,

Can you let us know when did these start occurring? Such errors are typically due to corrupt installation, my suggestion would be to uninstall and remove all leftover files, then try another clean installation.
