Please help for sketchup vray issues

Hi there . i'm a sketchup vray5 user.

There are some issues for vray.

When I start my vray render, V-ray frame buffer stopped and disappears suddenly and nothing happens.

It disappers completely and doesn't show up on the taskbar and anywhere on my computer screen. so panic.

I tried another sketchup file render but there are no issues and it works well.

Also i reinstall v-ray but this problem has not been fixed.

Is it the sketchup file issues because the file is too big or something?

But it works well just few hours before.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing such issues.

From what I understood, this seems to happening only with a particular project, can you please confirm?
If that is the case, best would be to send us this project with all its assets so we can test it in our environment and see what might be causing the issue. You can use our contact form to forward the project, just make sure to mention this thread (or my name) in the form subject.

You could also try deleting the Frame Buffer state by going to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for SketchUp - there should be a file named FrameBufferState.fbs. See if that changes anything.
