IR Not recognizing Tag Folder State

When using Interactive Render and clicking a saved Scene tab, VRay IR doesn't seem to recognize the tags in that folder as off in that scene.

Apologies for my delay on getting back to you. So I just ran another test and this is what I have come up with. I have this model that has a few reference layers (a Revit model imported, CAD files and a flat site reference). These tags are all set to off in the 2 scene tabs I have setup and show at the start of this video. I also have some layers that have Cosmos components on them and some are off as well since I wanted 2D people in this render and not 3D.

In the video link below, you'll see when I click the Scene tab for Study View A at 1:03, you can see Interactive Render going and then loading some of the tagged items that were off. Then at 1:40 my site aerial reference layer shows up even though it should be off in both scenes. Then at 2:16 the layer containing a few 3D Cosmos people characters turns on causing a slow down for those items to be loaded, even though that tag is off in the scene tab. At 2:42 a reference CAD section turns on. At 2:45 a reference import of a Revit model turns on. All of these items are bogging down the interactive layer and are unnecessarily being turned on, just to be turned off at 3:25.
