Problème ouverture bibliothèque objet Vray

Bonjour, Depuis 3 jours, je n'ai pas accès à la bibliothèque d'objet, elle s'ouvre mais l'écran reste blanc. Avez-vous le même soucis? Que puis-je faire pour que cela refonctionne ? merci de votre aide.

That being said, can you confirm if I've understood you correctly and you are referring to the Chaos Cosmos Browser that is showing blank?
If so, can you let us know if you've made any changes/updates recently that might have affected it?

The blank screen might indicate that something with the installation has messed up, which is why a simple re-install should fix things. Have you tried doing that on your end?

Please follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Chaos Cosmos from the Control Panel and make sure that all Chaos Cosmos folders are removed
2. Then, please reinstall V-Ray (the Cosmos installation will come with the V-Ray installer) and see if it is opening properly once finished.

If that doesn't work, can you send us the cb.log file so we can check for any errors printed?

You can find it in the following places:

• Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
• macOS: ~/Library/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos
