Final render scratched and laundered

I inserted a section plan along the road to dissect the whole model and be able to render a complete elevation of all the villas along one side of the road. The result is a scratched, punctured image. How can I solve? The image size is 10000x2790 pxl

Turning "use object material" off will help as i know..
