    Bonjour,

    impossible de télécharger les model chaos cosmos browser

    "No access to the download directory" je n'ai pas le dossier il est inexistant D:/chaos cosmos assets

    demande aide urgente !

    Hi roderick_vergnon,

    Please note that we're able to process requests only in English.

    The 'No access to the download directory' error message usually indicates that you do not have read/write access to the given directory.

    In case you are absolutely sure this is not a permission-related issue, it is possible that the directories are not configured correctly. Please locate the config.json file and forward it to us, so we can check if everything is in place. The path to this file is C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos

    Alternatively, you can open the file yourself (via any text editor) - make sure you have the following folders and paths (keep in mind that the username should correspond to the account name on the machine):
    • "working_dir": "C:\\Users\\username\\Documents\\Chaos Cosmos",
    • "database_dir": "C:\\Users\\username\\Documents\\Chaos Cosmos",
    • "updates_dir": "C:\\Users\\username\\Documents\\Chaos Cosmos\\Updates",
    In case they are not set properly, please correct them - keep in mind that these are the default directory locations. Save the file and see if things are working once you open your host-app and load Chaos Cosmos.

      thanks for your feedback after checking we have the file: config.json we have the files below -bundles.json chaos_installs_cleanup config.example.yml config.yml client

      We don't have this file

        Hi roderick_vergnon,

        I'm not sure I understood you correctly, but if you're missing the config.json file - have you tried a clean re-install? Do you see a cb.log file in the same directory?

          We have the cb.log file. I tried to make a request on the support it does not work. can you put me in touch to organize a remote session it is becoming very urgent

            My chaos cosmos browser was not working, just white page, before opening the sketchup file, i restart the service from windows start-chaos group-start chaos cosmos browser and it is working now..

              In case you face any issues, please send us the cb.log file, located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos? Please also mention this thread in the form subject.
