Black box appears when rendering vray 5 for sketchup. If you apply the V-Ray library material, a more severe black box appears, and if you proceed with the rendering as it is, SketchUp will also be forcibly terminated.

You seem to have found the cause.
Because it was a problem with the cpu renderer, the cpu was overclocked, so I applied a little more voltage and the problem did not occur.
