Vray update2 and swarm

Hi there, I used swarm for about 6 months without problems and now that I updated the Vray5 update2 I cannot make it work. Yesterday if I clicked on "Vray Swarm" I could see my 2 PCs, the Farm one was disable and I thought it was because I didn't updated the Vray there, I did update vray and I used as normal.
Today when I click on "Vray Swarm" doesn't even show the Farm PC there. If I go on a browser and access my account I can see all the licenses and they are all active and nothing is expired. I restarted both PCs but nothing is happening. What can I do?

Hi Kikoita ,

One of the things you can try is disabling the Auto-Discovery option from the Network Discovery Swarm settings.
It does cause issues sometimes.

Hi Konstantin , I always disable that it never worked once for me.

Should I try to uninstall Vray? The question is where the main PC or the Farm?

You can try setting up the farm's IP as master node (make sure to include the port 24267 after the IP address, e.g. 12.34.5.67:24267)

I opened a ticket since I still have the problem, I tried to add the port but I got an error, I attached an image of the error in the ticket

It's really weird, yesterday I turned both pcs on and they were working like the old times....today....nothing

I'm really close to the end of 2 big projects and need to find a way to fix this

I can't seem to work with swarm either. Here at the office we have 7 workstations using it. Tried the disable discovery workaround, and all nodes do become discovered. It does say it's using the computers, on V-ray assets editor and webpage, but in reality it's not. Sometimes, after 30min or so rendering, it starts using the other nodes, but only sometimes. Was using before 3.6 and swarm worked good. Since this upgrade to V 5 swarm never been the same.

after my last post you guys released a new update and that fixed the problem for me, I waited to reply and tested a bit but now are 4 days that is working without problems.

None ever reply to my ticket but I guess now it can be close, I don't know if I can do that on my end
