    Since 5.2 vray gpu was a really disaster, for example how do i know if the render is going to be ok, that is why a Lot of people use interactive just to see in real time what is going to happen in the final render but Right now isnt possible to use IPR too, not only is impossible to use production render but is happening too with IPR, for example how do i see SSS effects in a candle???

    IPR is so important too, You brought a new hotfix 5.2.2 with new stuffs for dirt matterial and another improvements but nothing changed with vray gpu, believe me this is very stressfull i was hoping a real change with vray gpu with update 2 but You only brought problems, Why did You bring a software where You are imposible to see what's happening in interactive render with Vray gpu...???!!! ( I don't use vray visiĆ³n with update 1 looks like a cartoon and is not the same that IPR ) It is like a blind person walking on the edge of a risk... I'm feeling the same way with Vray gpu, very disappointed!!! Also with the team viewer i want to show that IPR isnt working, i don't know what are your plans for this Konstantin, but as a Vray gpu user please don't ever bring again an update that isnt working or Even yet is not finished!!!, You only get that a Lot of people switch to another engine and with pandemic a Lot of people have time to learn a new software, as i told You before never happened this in all My life with vray, sometimes i regreat My self why did i Buy a gpu workstation instead off i should bought a cpu work station and don't suffer again ever, vray almost works perfectly, Vray gpu is only giving problems and issues to an architects and designers.

    I totally understand how this must feel and I'm very sorry that we couldn't make things better for you with the last 2 hotfixes.
    There was actually quite a lot done by the GPU team to improve memory consumption but it seems in your specific case it isn't enough.
    I'm still doing my best to raise the priority of the issues you've reported and make the GPU team aware of the situations that users are in.
    I'll keep you posted on the progress we make.

    Another thing I want to note is that, till this point, it was hard for us to test the memory consumption precisely.
    The reason is that on systems with more memory V-Ray GPU uses more to optimize the raytracing performance.
    The same scene rendered on a system with less VRam will consume less (but I can't know how much exactly).
    To help us with testing the colleagues from the GPU team have devised a way for the memory available to the GPU engine to be restricted.
    By doing so I'll be able to test render your scenes with exactly 8GB and work from there.
