I'm using V-ray 5 for Sketchup v2.2
It happens a lot that the V-ray plug in, for whatever reason, stops working inside Sketchup. All V-ray functions/browsers locks up, unable to render etc. Sketchup in continuing to work just fine. Only way to resolve is to save your work and completely restart Sketchup.
I can see that the app is still running in the background but is not showing up in Sketchup (I see it for example in the activity bar and in Windows Task Manager).
It would be nice to understand the reason behind this, but for now my question is if it's possible to restart the V-ray plug-in inside of Sketchup without completely shutting Sketchup down?
I've tried to end V-ray related apps and plugins in Task Manager, but that doesn't work. Anyone with an advice?
Thanks in advance.
My versions:
Sketchup Pro 2019
V-ray 5 for Sketchup 2.2
Running on:
Windows 11
Intel Core i7, 32 mb RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 2060
