Sketchup 2020 Crashing on startup after installing Vray 5.

After installing the trial version of Vray 5, Sketchup Pro 2020 crashes on startup. I initially get the message asking if I want to install extensions or not. I've never seen this message before. If I click "install extensions" SU immediately quits. If I say "don't install" SU will start up without any extension. I have tried re-installing Vray and I have also updated the license server.

I'm on a Mac running High Sierra.

Hi,

Please note that for V-Ray for SU update 2.3 the minimum os requirements are macOS 10.14(Mojave)
Try with the previous version (update 2.2) here is a link: https://download.chaos.com/downloads...2021-52003-adv
This one supports macOS versions 10.10 and higher.
Let me know if it worked with that one.

Thank you for the quick reply. I am able to open SU after installing 2.2 but but Vray is not loading. I'm getting this message:

I'm so sorry. Vray DID load. The extensions were just missing from the top of the SU screen. I'm testing it now.

Actually, the error you have received is interesting to me. Let me know if it occurs again. We might need to further investigate why is it happening.

I'm noticing a few things. Keep in mind, I'm just starting to figure out the new features.

1) Message when starting "VISION".

2) When trying to use "Light Source" I get this message:
