Problem saving image after rendering Sketchup

Hi
please help me. I'm having a problem in Vray 5.2, when I finish rendering and the review image quality shows up, after I save the image it's completely different. All parameters like: Filmic tonemap, Lookup Table,.. are not working, only Denoiser is working, please tell me how can I save the image like when rendering. Thanks a lot

Hi,

Does this happen with all file types(exr pngs jpg)? Does this happen with this specific file or any? If you copy paste the project in a new 'empty' SketchUp model, render and save, will the same difference happen?
Can you please save and share a .vrimg file so I can check it?

correct. it happens with almost all image files after rendering (jbg, png, tif,..). All projects .

Hi,

Please open the right side pannel in the Frame buffer and select the Lookup Table layer and below in the settings enable the save to image option(pls see attached image).
Let me know if this resolves the difference.
