Crashing every 20/30 minutes

Hi everyone i am experiencing the crushing of sketchup and vray every 30 minutes. Every time i assign material or change it dimension in the Sketchup... byt really there is no consistency on the reason and condition when it occurs. I did download the new versions or tried to reinstall. I believe that it is mostly connected to the computer rather than software, otherwise i can not explain it.
If so do you think my mac just is not suitable for rendering?

Does this happen with a specific file or any?
if it happens with a specific one could you please send it for investigation?

Additionally, you mentioned that this happens when you try to assign a material or change material value, are there any additional steps/hints that might help with the investigation?
