Vray materials problem - cant be downloaded

hello, i instaled vray to new PC and i have this problem.

I firstly instal it to created user "admin" but my cosmos library doesnt work, so i renamed it to name "user" like in last pc /i do it right, with registry and so on..chaoscosmos works ok / and after that i uninstal vray for sketchup and instal new one to renamed user

chaos cosmos works ok, but i have this issue with materials ... can you help me ? i would be happy to get help via teamviewer
