I have struggled for more than one year with Chaos Cosmos browser inability to load on my Sketchup. As an alternative, why don't you make it possible to download the 3D assets downloadable directly from the web browser?

We checked that you had two opened tickets in our system (from February), but you haven't answered in both, so the investigation stopped and our colleagues weren't able to assist you.
A disturbing fact is that you have met so many issues with Chaos Cosmos, but without collaborating our sources for helping you are also limited.
