  • Cant move or close Vray Asset and Cosmos Windows

I've recently moved from OSX to Windows SU/Vray; Problem: Once SU is open, I open the Vray Asset window or the vray cosmos window I am unable to move them, close or minimize them. Any help would be great, i'm new to Windows and have a lot of renders to do asap.

    Dear richard_harling, hello.

Let's start from here - in order to be more helpful please define:
    • exact Windows version
    • exact SketchUp version
    • exact V-Ray version (screenshot of Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About)
    Have you tried re-installing V-Ray?
If you disable other external plugins and then install V-Ray is there a difference?

    Waiting for your answer.

    Best regards,
    TS

          You are welcome.

If it is suitable for you, can I take a look in a quick remote session?
If yes, I will send you a link.

                    The session took place.
Everything is good now. It was hardware related.

                    Happy rendering, RIchard!
