Missing Tool Sets

What time does support close, I am having an issue with a new purchase of Vray 6 Premium on Sketchup as I am getting only the basic tool set.
No way of getting cosmos, Vantage or Scans

Tried a full reinstall of vray and sketchup but either there is an issue or I am missing something on the install?

Hello matthew_pinfield ,

From your screenshot I see you are using SketchUp 2016. Please note that V-Ray 6 supports SketchUp versions 2019 and higher.

Also if you are referring to the missing V-Ray toolbars - you can show all of them by right clicking on an empty gray area of the SketchUp's toolbar and enabling all V-Ray... toolbars:
