  • Render Output Animation No Save Image

    Hello community,

Very young in the world of VRay rendering, after several tries ... when I launch the rendering, the images are not saved in the folder. In the Render tab in several video tutorials there is an "interactive" line which on Vray 6 no longer exists or I don't know where it is.
But in any case ... the animation images are not saved.

In vision it works very well but I need quality.

    Help me

    Thanks a lot

    Dear julien_voarick, hello.

First about Interactive - from V-Ray 6 on the toggle that you have seen in older tutorials is removed, see the announcement here:
    • The interactive rendering workflow is updated. The Interactive UI toggle is removed and the production render settings remain visible at all times. Interactive rendering is enabled by using the Render Interactive button on the toolbar, the one in the asset editor or in the VFB
But have found it - as seen at your screenshot, the teapot icon with the play button is V-Ray Interactive. And that's why the images are not saved.
V-Ray Interactive is mostly used for testing changes and their immediate representation in the scene. Even if you manually stop the render (which works as an endless one), images won't be automatically saved.

If you switch to V-Ray Production rendering (the teapot icon without the play button) you will see that the images will be automatically saved in the folder pointed out from the Save Image section.

Please try the explained above and share is everything working well on your side.
    Waiting for your answer.

    Best regards,
    TS
