V-RAY ASSET EDITOR : Error Nothing was loaded from file undefined

Hi,

When I'm trying to import materials from chaos cosmos browser, they seem corrupted or unreadable (black square) and when I'm trying to add them to my scene, this message appears "Nothing was loaded from file undefined". But, when it's about downloading furnitures, everything is working just fine, there is only the materials part that doesn't work.(I'm using Sketchup 2021)
Can someone help me please ?

Dear charlotte_bressolles, hello.

Please take a look to this forum thread.
At the provided here screenshot is visible that you have chosen a texture from a Stone material, which could not be found (please see the orange icon with the exclamation mark).

Cosmos materials should be loaded directly from the Cosmos Browser to the Asset Editor via the green Import button. Example:

This is the right workflow.

Please confirm is everything well understood on your side now.
