Asset editor + VFB freezing while in Interactive mode

Greetings.

While working with the Interactive renderer at low-res preview and higher noise subdivs for faster results on 3D models it happens very often for the Asset Editor window to hang / freeze along with the VFB when trying to change a material or edit a light value... the only way to solve until now was to force close vrayneui and sketchup processes losing progress and starting over from where I've opened the renderer.

Is there any other way to avoid this glitch or to solve the problem? Thank you in advance.

Could you please provide some more information so we would be able to assist you better:

• Please share a screenshot of About window V-Ray for SketchUp to confirm the exact build of V-Ray that you are using.
  
• What render engine are you using in this case: CPU, CUDA or RTX? If you are using a GPU render engine please check if you have the latest recommended drivers installed.
  
• What OS are you working on? (e.g. Windows 10)
• Does the freeze also happen with default settings or only with your custom settings? Please try to Revert to Default Render Settings and see if that makes a difference.
  
• Also please let us know if you experience this issue in every scene or in some specific scenes?

Hello and thank you for your response, attached is the V-ray version.

1. I'm using a Trimble Sketchup Studio version which came with a V-ray Studio License attached.
2. Used both CPU and GPU and problem occurred in both engines.
3. OS = Windows 10
4. When preparing a scene for rendering I'm using default settings, I don't use Vropt's since they are prepared for other types of scenes / materials / lighting.

Issue appears on both small study scenes and large scenes of interiors / masterplans with lots of buildings & detailed mesh.

Tried also to adjust in task manager V-ray's priority, from below normal to high... at High the computer stops responding and program crashes or freezes.
