Please note that we are able to provide support only in English. Additionally, I have moved the topic to the SketchUp section of the forum.
I would like to begin with a few questions, as they would allow us to understand the issue better:
- Please share with us the version of V-Ray you're using. You can find it in the Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About menu and a screenshot of the "About" window would be very helpful for this purpose. In addition to this, please include the SketchUp version as well (e.g. SketchUp 2022).
- Is this happening with every project (even newly created ones), or is it occuring only with this specific file?
- If you go to the V-Ray Asset Editor > Settings tab, what have you chosen in the "Quality" slider? Are you perhaps using "Medium+" and if you are, could you check if you are still getting the error with "Medium" or "High"?
- What is the model of your GPU and which version of the NVIDIA drivers are you currently using?
- Finally, how often does this error appear? Is it happening 100% of the time whenever you start a render and are you using the CUDA or RTX mode?

I noticed that this problem happened especially when I use the displacement tools.
is this normal?
because I am using the latest version of Vray 6.00.02 with a 3080TI MSI GPU on version 528.49Comment

Thank you for the reply and for the additional information!
This may have been caused by a bug we have reproduced with Displacement set to Normal Displacement and CUDA renderer with CPU selected. This is logged in our bug-tracking system under SK-4133. If you get this error in any other scene with CUDA and Displacement this is most likely the cause and the possible workaround options are:- Set CUDA to GPU only.
- Or use CPU or RTX render engines.
