Rtx not working

Hello,
I'm using sketchup pro 2020 and vray (not sure which version, but I purchased the latest version 2022-11-10).
The problem is, vray doesn't allow me to use rtx engine. My graphic card is Quadro P2200.
It says error code 7801. Failed to initialize optix(check your driver version. optix requires nvidia driver 466.11 or later.
I checked and the driver is updated.
Please help..

Thank you for your post.

Please note that your Nvidia Quadro P2200 does not have RT cores necessary to render with V-Ray RTX Render Engine.

But you are able to utilize Cuda cores of your graphics card and additionally your CPU by selecting CUDA Render Engine. You are welcome to read more about V-Ray GPU rendering in our documentation and also perhaps this article on Understanding V-Ray Hybrid rendering will be helpful.
