Vray6 does not load on Sketchup 2021 Pro.(Laptop PC)

Hello,

I have a very annoying problem on a Laptop (3-months old) when trying to use Vray6 on Sketchup 2021 Pro (and Sketchup 2020 pro as well)

• The installation is succesfull, no error message
• But when I try to hit any Vray button or try to choose any entry in the extension/Vray menu, nothing happens....
• I restarted Sketchup/windows 11 a few times, still the same
• I can move the Vray widgets, but that is all.
• No response. No "Failed Connexion errors" Cannot even access any submenu entries
• License is valid : " Expiration date January 25, 2024" on Chaos Account

On my Workstation, Desktop PC, using Sketchup Pro 2021 (exact same product, vray_60002_sketchup_win, different license) and Vray 6 (exact same product), No issue.....

http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/settings are the same on both PCs.
Using license server cgls_win_6.0.0

I do not understand what is wrong. It feels like something prevents Vray to load.
Any Ideas ?

The issue has been successfully resolved by our Tech Support Team in the opened from you ticket (95211).
For installation/loading issues is better to open a ticket and join a TeamViewer session if the basic recommendations are not helping right away.
