Cant get swarm to work on a set of identical computers with win11

Hey!
Just bought five nodes and spent all day trying to get swarm to work.
I pinpointed it down to it not having the V-ray package installed in the Swarm UI, it gives me Error: Checksum mismatch, see pictures.

I can get it to work on two other computers with win 10.

PC 1 - win 10 - works
PC 2 - win 10 - works
PC 3 - win 11 Error: Checksum mismatch
PC 4 - win 11 Error: Checksum mismatch
PC 5 - win 11 Error: Checksum mismatch

I have three of these computers that are causing problems:
HP OMEN, 25L GT15
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 32,0 GB
RTX 3080
Edition Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 OS build 22000.1574 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.1574.0


Neither Swarm or Cloud has treated me well today, haven't been able to deliver renders to clients. please send help. Thanks
