Thank you for the video, it was very helpful!
I was able to reproduce the issue with Hue value and it is now logged in our internal system as WEBUI-6647.
Important thing to note that it is reproducible only when Color Management is set to ACEScg and Color Picker Color Space to Screen (sRGB).
